1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the event titled “Nsync Dialogue 001” (hereafter referred to as “the Event”). By registering for or attending the Event, all participants (hereafter referred to as “Participants”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. The Event is organized by N’arc (hereafter referred to as “the Organizer”) in partnership with Mindspace Social Café (hereafter referred to as “the Partner”).
1.3. The Event is designed as a social platform for architectural professionals and related communities, promoting dialogue and connection through a curated experience.
2.1. The Event will be held at the date, time, and venue specified in official communications from the Organizer.
2.2. Any changes to the date, time, or venue will be communicated promptly through the Organizer’s official channels, including email, website, and social media.
3.1. Entry to the Event is granted upon successful registration and payment of applicable fees, if required.
3.2. Registrants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals providing false or incomplete details.
3.3. Tickets or confirmations are non-transferable without prior written approval from the Organizer.
3.4. The registration fee, if applicable, is non-refundable unless the Event is canceled by the Organizer.
3.5. Participants requiring special accommodations (e.g., accessibility needs or dietary preferences) must notify the Organizer during the registration process.
4.1. All Participants are expected to act respectfully and professionally throughout the Event. The following behavior is strictly prohibited:
Harassment or discrimination of any kind.
Inappropriate language or behavior.
Any action that disrupts the Event or makes other Participants feel unsafe.
4.2. Any Participant found violating the Code of Conduct may be removed from the Event without a refund.
4.3. Violations can be reported to designated Event staff or through the contact information provided by the Organizer.
5.1. Any content shared by speakers, panelists, or the Organizer during the Event is the intellectual property of the respective owners. Such content may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without prior written consent.
5.2. The Organizer and its Partner may capture photos, videos, or audio recordings during the Event. By attending, Participants grant permission for their image, likeness, and voice to be used for promotional and marketing purposes by the Organizer without additional compensation.
5.3. Participants wishing to opt-out of media usage must notify the Organizer in writing before the Event.
6.1. The Organizer and its Partner are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during the Event.
6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event without prior notice due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions (force majeure).
6.3. In case of cancellation by the Organizer, Participants will receive a full refund of any registration fees. Refunds or compensation for postponed or modified events will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
7.1. Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for purposes related to the Event, in compliance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
7.2. Participants may opt out of future communications by contacting the Organizer at the provided contact details.
8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Organizer is registered.
8.2. Any disputes arising from the Event or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated to Participants promptly through official channels.
