At N❜Arc, we strive to provide the highest quality services and products. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel a project or request a refund. This policy outlines the standard terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness. Please note that individual projects are governed by their own specific service agreements, which may include additional or differing terms.

Please note that N❜Arc is a trade name for Tingles Canvas (P) Limited.

This policy applies to  architectural services provided by N❜Arc and products sold by N❜Arc, including design tools, accessories, or custom items.

For architectural services, clients must provide a written notice of cancellation at least 14 days before the next scheduled milestone or deliverable. Refunds are available for unused portions of the service, less any non-refundable deposit and costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

Initial deposits paid to secure the project are non-refundable unless N❜Arc is unable to fulfil the agreed-upon services. In the unlikely event that N❜Arc cancels the project, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made, including any deposits. If a project is terminated mid-way, the client will be charged only for completed phases as outlined in the service agreement, and any balance will be refunded.

For products, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or approving the refund request, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

A cancellation fee of 10% of the total project cost may be deducted from refunds for administrative expenses, except in cases where N❜Arc initiates the cancellation. N❜Arc is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or pandemics. In such cases, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any disputes arising from cancellations or refunds will be addressed through mediation before pursuing legal action.
