N’Arc delivers professional design services primarily in the form of digital drawings, documents, and presentations, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. All deliverables are shared electronically through email or secure cloud-based platforms. Physical copies, printed drawings, models, or samples are provided only when clearly included in the agreed scope of work and may involve additional charges.

Delivery timelines are defined in the proposal, service agreement, or a mutually confirmed schedule. These timelines are dependent on the timely receipt of inputs, approvals, and payments from the client.

Any delays caused due to late inputs, revisions beyond the agreed scope, delayed payments, or dependencies on third-party consultants, authorities, or vendors will automatically result in an extension of delivery timelines. Revisions are provided strictly in accordance with the agreed scope of work.

Any request for changes, additions, or revisions beyond the defined scope shall be treated as additional services and may require revised fees and timelines.

Work on such additional services will commence only after mutual confirmation. Deliverables are released strictly against the corresponding payment milestones as agreed.

N’Arc reserves the right to withhold the delivery of drawings, documents, or any project-related material in the event of pending or delayed payments. Final deliverables are issued upon completion of the agreed scope of work and clearance of all outstanding dues. Editable or source files, including CAD, BIM, or native software files, are not included as part of standard delivery unless specifically agreed in writing.

All deliverables are prepared based on information provided by the client and the site conditions available at the time of preparation. N’Arc shall not be responsible for discrepancies arising from incorrect inputs, site variations, or any unauthorised modifications made to the deliverables.

The delivered material is intended solely for use on the specific project for which it is prepared and may not be reused, reproduced, or shared without prior written consent.

Delivery shall be deemed complete upon successful electronic transmission or handover of the deliverables. Any concerns or discrepancies must be communicated in writing within a reasonable period. N’Arc reserves the right to modify or update this Delivery Policy at any time, and the version applicable shall be the one in force at the time of engagement.
